Founded by Jay Maresh, Maresh Interests and Maresh Builders, is built on more than 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate — including raising capital, funding, development, rehabs, and ground-up construction.
“After purchasing, rehabbing, & renting my first investment property at the age of 19, I knew I wanted to pursue a real estate investment career.
After purchasing subsequent investment properties over the next few years including houses, duplexes, apartment buildings, office & retail buildings, I then set my sites on development and ground up construction.
As an active developer, builder, and lender, I understand what is required to evaluate a project to not only to make sure the number is pencil, but to execute the project in a way that execute value, quality workmanship
These experiences are what shape how we develop and build. We structure our projects so that they are financially valuable, design for maximum efficiency and with the standard in quality that you would expect .
